Prophet Party
Can I just say that Janet is amazing! Yesterday Janet called me and said she had saw this fun idea on SugarDoodle .net! But she wasn't sure we could pull it off on such short notice! It was called "Prophet Party!" The idea is to help our Young Women get a 10 hr. project done! So first off, we watched the YW Broadcast last Saturday or Tuesday which counts for 1 1/2 hrs. then we had all the girls meet at my house today @ 9:45 and we watched 4 hrs. of conference together. It was interesting watching it with our youth and answering their questions and seeing their reactions. We provided two Bingo Cards one for the speakers & the other for the topics! And a worksheet on church trivia, church statistics, and a fun word search! It was exciting to listen and do an activity at the same time! The two hrs. in between we went on a fun walk and decorated our YW's President's front door with all the reasons why we love her. Then we ate pizza and played pictionary! Then the girls will watch 4 hrs. of conference tomorrow with their families, and journal for 1/2 hr. and walaaa- 10 hr. Knowledge Project!!! Thanks Janet for always striving to help our Young Woment achieve their goals!!!

Your too kind! You're the amazing one. The girls absolutely love you and look up to you. I am blessed just to be a part of it all. It was a fun day and I have to say it was harder today to focus and concentrate on conference than with the YW on Saturday. (Maybe it was because my little kids were around.)I'm glad we did it. It would be fun to do it again another year. :)

looks like fun! Summer and Karli came to our house and I don't know why she did not go to your house...you had way more fun, but we were glad to have them...the girls had a great time with them:)
